3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated in a separate project contract, all custom code, designs, architectures, and digital assets created by Adyficoo remain the intellectual property of Adyficoo until final project deployment and full payment is received. The Adyficoo brand name, logo, and website content are our exclusive property and may not be used without written permission.

4. User Responsibilities

When utilizing our contact systems or client dashboards, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Not use our digital infrastructure for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malicious code.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any secure portal credentials provided to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or revenue interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our developed services or digital platforms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any technical disputes, legal claims, or regulatory proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
